Is it just my browser? Have you tried going to www.pppay.co.uk and joining? When the terms and conditions are displayed, it's in the smallest scrolling window in the world!

Arggghhhh! I added a poll successfully, then tried to alter it and it vanished completely.

Arrggghhh again! I didn't do anything more, and the poll has come back with the changes all added together. I give up.
