I dont think tree hugging gives you much energy.
I went on an 8 mile bike ride last year and there was this young couple biking too that kept stopping. Then they stopped by a tree and hugged it for ages. But they were still really slow and kept stopping all the time again lol!

When you find out a good way to increase your energy levels kazzi, let me know cos mine are always LOW :evil:
