I received this letter from the American Heart Association (AHA) about a few weeks after YDC76 I wanted to share it with all who supported AHA during YDC76. A total donation to The American Heart Association during YDC 76 was $626.00. Thank you again to all bidders & winners!

I will also take this opportunity to initiate this thread for all those who selected charities in the USA or other locations that were different from the International YDC selected charity to receive donation proceeds during YDC77. Please feel free to report fund proceeds and the selected charity.

Hopefully Gramma1111 will stop by & help organize the numbers.

There are more totals to come in; it would be very nice if we could get a comprehensive number crunch by Gramma1111. She also had some YDC77 auctions to be reported. I've already given her a shout out.

Thanks Sandy. I don't see any new numbers coming in yet so it's ok I think. We still need her numbers.

Thanks for posting Smiffy. Why don't you copy your post & paste it into BCC. That way no need to wade through a lot of unrelated imfo.

Sorry I am not being deliberately obtuse but I thought this thread was for alternative YDC payments...which is what I posted.
The BCC thread is for the Tea Party which hasn't even started yet.

If it is a problem I will delete it.

[QUOTE by Smiffy49er] Can I borrow this thread to show my total to BCC. Thanks [UNQUOTE]

Not really clear about what you mean Smiffy. This thread is for Alternative Charities to list their payments &charities. So you are in the right place. My comment pertained to your request to borrow the thread. I thought it would be less tedious for BCC to read a copy of your pasted post than the whole thread, which is not related to BCC.P.S. If you mean is it ok to post your stuff here, so that BCC participants can see it, then definitely YES. I can be somewhat obtuse at getting things at times.

I'm posting the $4.50 I paid to Gramma1111 ; proceeds for The American Cancer Society. Not sure if Gramma had any additional amounts. This was added to the tally total. If anyone else has any amounts needing to be acknowledged please post or forever hold your peace. :-)
