It has a forum thats open to all.

Just started listing specialist items on a different site and the following has happened.
1) hard to navigate, and I mean harder than anywhere, at least most have simple navigation
2) I cannot ask on their forums as I don't have 100 feedback on there and the FAQ on there don't answer my questions
3) listing is very hard to look nice as it don't have a wysiwyg like here
4) you cannot fill in an all about page apart from 1 photograph
5) to list a similar item involves 3 windows
6) You have to list a default for P&P and this is just words and not shown as item price + P&P = total

I am really glad that eBid is much more straight forward to use

That was the thing I liked best about eBid when I joined the ease of use.

When you are a computer numpty like me if it is easy to navigate and use I feel comfortable with it

I'm not very techo wise, but due to the way eBid is I can fake myself around:D

I agree. Many are like that, almost impossible to figure out and list on. My website host is some small outfit that may have one employee. Takes forever to list, and when stuff sells I have to manually remove it or its still for salet. Such tech problems are never handled ("just set your preference for REMOVE WHEN SOLD" - I did that), and just keep on and on. The forums have stuff from 2008 on them, no one bothers to come on to chat. Serves its purpose but,,,,,
