can we put a counter on our store?

I would like to put a counter on my store to see results from my advertising is this possible ? If so how do I add it?

There is currently very little you can do to customise a store front apart from the logo and colours used.

I suppose you could put one of these free hit counters on all of your auctions by way of bulk edit,could you not?????

Hmmm... they'd all be counting to the same counter then. And you'd have to choose one that didn't want to know what page it was on, and/or didn't mind being used on multiple pages.

I've got a counter on my "about me" page. I'm not really sure what it's telling me other than "at least some people do look"! :D

Yes didn't think about that so maybe not lol, yes I have one on my about me page as well, nice to keep track of how many people visit.;)

That would work - if all you were interested in was the aggregate count of hits to all pages that carried the counter. For information on a specific page you would need a separate counter for each and every page. That would be a nightmare to manage if you were running more than a couple of items.

Thanks all. Perhaps ebid could incorporate one in all stores. It would be handy to know how your individual marketing is or isn't doing.

I think most are, but they've said there could still be a few problems until the new servers kick in, I believe.
