View Full Version : Are Support Tickets working?

I sent a support ticket in well over a week ago now for a NPB via the Contact Us form as it states on the help FAQ. Needed to ask for my fees to be adjusted accordingly.
I still have not heard anything or had a confirmation email to say that it is been looked at, is this the norm?
Dont really know as I have not had to do one before.
Anyway I have sent another ticket in now, today, for the same NPB and another one that I have had.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes to receive a response?

Did you get a response with a ticket number saying something like:
Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly.
These normally appear very soon after you contact eBid. The actual reply to you query follows later and the time for that can vary.
If not then check any spam filter you have working and ensure support@ebid.net is an approved address.

Nope not received nothing, no email, no spam, nothing lol
So I guess the Contact Us Form aint working then...ooops.
Shall contact them direct instead.

I sent a request for a glitch to be looked at last night as it was coming up that the database could not be found, got a response within 1hr and all was sorted, even had a reply back saying, we have logged in using your details, please try again now and it worked without a glitch. So well done Gazza for sorting it out in no time.

I'm wondering,
Did you send 3 payment requests at least 24 hours apart before deciding on the NPB?

look on the first email you send
look wiht eyes open lol
you will see 2 email
as when l asked about lud worms,got a replay
it was all on the 1st email l send to ebid
hope you get what l am trying to say :D

The problem is with the contact us form on the helpdesk, not with emailing them direct.
I have filled out the form twice and received nothing via email.
Yes I did send out 3 payment reminder requests, then filed NPB, left negative feedback, waited a few more days, then contacted support via the contact form.
I will just email them tonight rather than use the form.

If the email gets through where the form didn't, don't forget to send another email telling them the form doesn't work. :D
