Posted an item Monday by 1st class signed for.

On the front it had 9 stamps, recorded slip thingy, post office 1PK sticker, address label with customers full address.

On back was my address.

Guess what we had delivered to us today?

Yes thats right the parcel that a customer is waiting for:mad:

Now I have got to pay the postage again as the stamps have been cancelled, so this will now look bad on me for delayed posting, I just hope that the customer a) believes me, b) understands that it's not my fault.

This just gives me the hump as I have more problems than I can list with regards Royal Mail

Also today my typewriter has had to be replaced and this one I am using ( a cheap one) has to have the buttons pressed harder:(

When you re-send, just wrap in fresh paper leaving the history underneath, then they can see exactly what happened.

And start putting SENDER in front of your address.

I have got to send the original to a Janet Sanders who is an escalation manager at customer services to get a refund for one set, but i have copied everything:)

I've normally put "FROM" before name and address

The same thing happened to me, I took it back to my local PO who know me well and they re-sent it free, but it is annoying. And I always put sender on mine.

Don't be silly

Signed for means the dotted line at job centre don't it? It IMO don't mean sign for this signed for package, I think the orange stickers are just to make the item brighter so that the posties can see in the dark rather than a torch

I learned a long time ago, it pays to stay on the right side of your postmaster. There are some very helpful chaps and chappeses out there.
