Just watched a programme on ITV; drama sponsored by Sainsbury - advertising "love your leftovers" and simple recipes to use them up. Given the current economic climate, possibly a very clever advertising tactic.

I always use left overs.
I either plate up extra meals & freeze them or add extra stuff the day after to make another meal.
Something I learned from a youngster we were a large family 6 children mum & dad & dog & chickens.
So nothing new to me OH took a while to get used to it though. LOL:D

Annie love curry for breakfast and one day this week we breakfasted on sausage casserole.
