Ok so you sent out an item to a buyer and they have not received? You re-sent and they have still not received? And now you would like to know what to do next?

l send poster oder to person ,they got it 25th sat oct
they send itam post by ebid on the 25oct
tusday 4 nov l send email sill not got
she/he said that bedding was posted last wednesday 4th oct
l hope you get this as l dont know what to do

ok royal mail do not class items as lost until 15 days after postage

as long as the seller has proof of postage they are covered for the loss.

technically if you have not received the item 15 days after postage then the seller can claim

they should refund you in full and claim from royal mail themselves.

Unfortunatly as you sent a postal order you have no protection and require the seller to be honest.

you can check if the postal order has been cashed by taking the reciept to the post office,, they can check on their system.

advice would be

let the seller know the item has not arrived

let them know you are happy to wait the full royal mail terms of 15 days

if the item has not arrived by then ask them to claim ( its down to them NOT YOU )

and then request a refund :)
