Have you seen the listing on the other side (eB*y) offering the country of Iceland for Sale (it's under wholesale lots)? .99p start price, the auction has already reached £10,000,000, with 84 bids!
That seller shows location of item as in Surrey, UK.

Surprised eB*y hasn't pulled that auction - perhaps it's just a joke :D - but if the auction ends with a winning bidder, will that seller be required to pay the FVF I wonder?
