someone joined from a link

Hi..

does anyone know how to get in touch with someone who has joined from a link and i got a buddy point off them..

not sure if its a link from a email i sent out or link from my shop items or from a forum ??

i just want to welcome them to ebid and if they need any help to get in touch or to join the forums etc.. ive got the name of the person whos joined but i dont know them ..

Yes that is the case. But thats the only option until they start to sell.
