I think (don't quote me) but on the top of the taps there is a blue and a red plastice circle.
Under this circle I think there is a small screw, and I think (but don't quote me like I said) if you adjust the screw it reduces the flow time.
If that fails call westco, on 01942603351 or email them at sales@comap.co.uk and ask them. They are normally quite good.
BTW were they expensive?

Daft question do they twist? Some I have installed twist to reduce flow.

Oh I remember this.
That seems quite a good price and will save a lot of hassle. Did you come up with anything for the bath?

Nope tried twisting And the only solution I can think of for the bath is to build a cover which covers the taps so we can lock it!

Found out today that These ones are NOT adjustable and quite a pain to repair if anything goes wrong with them! Now I have tried to put the Cold one on today and due to myself munching the Copper pipe Well I cant reuse the old pipe so I thought Flexible hose will do the trick.....grrrrrrrrrrrrr 300mm long Too long so I thought I ll get a 200mm one........Nope no such thing only a 150mm one so I brought one (knowing that it was probally not right) grrrrrrrrrrr I was right so I still have no cold in the sink and no Hot in the bath! (LOL,,,,,what am I like!)

Do you mean noisy when filling? If so them the ball valve is in need of a service or replacing (which is quicker normally)

Funny thing is I just looked at the website!
Why dont they make those flexi pipes in various lengths? Only 300mm and 150 mm availiable! (Makes mental note Just in case to start a business)

I dont think it is the ball valve, more an air lock in the pipework somewhere, as it vibrates through the pipes but goes quiet when you turn a nearby tap on. Tried draining it down the other day, but dont think I was thorough enough.
Unfortunately although we have 3 toilets in the house, it is this one I use in the middle of the night occasionally and it makes one heck of a noise then.

Right what you have is something called in the trade as "water hammer"
This is normally caused by faulty ball valves, or could be vibrating pipes, or could be a little air in the pipes, but if it was an "airlock" then you would not get much water if any coming out the pipe.

.................................... and a bucket.
Thanks for the advice Sarah, I did realise it was waterhammer as my dad was a plumber and I've done a lot of plumbing myself. Its really just a case of getting round to sorting it out when I can be bothered.
