Recipe wanted.....Anyone?

I can find recips for all sorts of muffins - but not these?

They used just to be called muffins, but the American imported cake-like object did a grey squirrel and pushed our native breed into a defensive position.

There, I bet you never knew there was any similarity between English muffins and red squirrels!!

I got I finished Kneading it for 10 minutes........and noticed that i had a package of yeast still sitting there. It didnt mention when to add it!!!
