:D They were my favourite characters in Red Dwarf. I loved the chess episode, the humour was so dry. :)

Probably showing my age here, but as far as I am concerned the radio show was definitely the best. I found the movie to be very disappointing.

I don't know how many repeats I have watched with two teenage sons in the house but it still makes me laugh! :D

As for the Hitchhiker's Guide, you can't beat the book or radio series, the film and TV series just didn't do it justice.

As for the Hitchhiker's Guide, you can't beat the book or radio series, the film and TV series just didn't do it justice.

the tv series wasn't that bad all things considered but the film was cr... I mean rubbish

I have reread the HHG books many times and still laugh out loud! Cant really remember the series as I was a bit too young for it and I have never heard the radio play. The film was okay verging on poor because it just wasnt very funny! I think it managed to make me chuckle once and that was it.
