Not quite sure what you are looking for. Is it a memory related bit of kit? 512 = Mb PC 2700 type ?

Is it
Unbuffered non parity/non ECC?
DDR 333?
200-pin SODIMM?

Laptop?

It would help if you knew the precise part number required from one manufacturer, kingston for example (use their memory finder here - http://www.kingston.com/), then people could know what RAM you require for your machine from any manufacturer as they all make equivalents. PC 2700 sounds like quite an old memory stick now, you may try mapesdhs on eBid as he sells old memory kits that should be PC compatible.

Hello there
If you have not got fixed up yet ,you may want to try www.Crucial Memory on there site they have a small programme, which you allow to run on your computor it then tells you what you want, and takes you to the part.
They guarantee they will work and the fitting instructions are available on line to print off
I have used them a couple of times and each time the bits fitted and worked perfectly
