IF I was given a designer bag as a pressie, then decided to sell it, even though I claim IT WASN`T USED, still have the tags and price label,

Is it NEW or SECOND HAND

Hi, I would think that because it still has the tags attached and hasn't been used it would be classed as new. Similar to buying from a wholesaler and selling on.

I think I have mislead you, failed to point out,

the tags are not attched, been clipped of and put in side, side pocket,

would that make a difference,

hi chubbycherrycherub here,,qcpots i would put down what you have wrote already..the bag is new,,it was a pressie..it has never been used..the tags are not attached they have been cliped off but remain in the side pocket..hope this helps...

When I worked for a perfumery Company and the EC changed the laws on certain ingredients that we're in the product and we could not use them anymore...Instead of Throwing the product away (As It was missing a key ingredient) We found a substitute (not as good) But market the Product as NEW Improved Formula!!...

I gree with all said , seems to be new but there is always someone who will say it is not new....describe as wellas you can , tell the truth..say like new ...as new...take the chance....see what happens.....

like I first told you, something no one knows about them,

it was deffo OK, but I was mad at my self for not being in at the close,

my snipes are the best ever, right on auction close + 1 second,

but thats another store for later,
