We had a Letter today, well not so much Our letter but a letter addressed to a Mr and Mrs C ******A With MY address on it (Only been here 14 years). Anyway we decided to open it (as its out address) With the intention of trying to post on. Well it was a Wedding invite so after spending some time on the net looking for the above anmed Mr and Mrs C ******A (its an unusual Name) I looked again at the invite........Brilliant The wedding was on 17th MAY!......I give up! its ging in the bin!
Wonder if the Wedding couple ever worked out why they did not come to the wedding!
PS It was Posted (Or at least stamped) 24th April!

I still get post from previous peeps who lived in our house, most are from their banks & this has stopped now but we did have debt collectors & bailiffs round about 3 years ago looking for them I had to show my driving license & utility bank stuff before theyd agree I wasnt who they were looking for, but I did hand over the previous peeps new addy.

Just read this thread and all I can say is it's very funny! I am glad that there is someone out there that does mad stuff too! I have been blaming all the painkillers lately (just had op) - but am coming off them now so goodness knows what I will blame then! Still there are plenty like that out there - my neighbour turned up 2 weeks early forher opticians appontment this week!

We still get post for previous owners too and have been here 13 years ! Mostly from a bank! You think they'd try and get their information 'current' ;)
